Terms & Conditions

At least one parent/carer MUST remain on-site at all times

Children must be supervised at all times by a parent/carer when class is not in session.

Parent Carers must be on-site and supervising children in all sign school outside activities.

Sign school or any team/volunteers are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class or outside activities.

Parents/carers must ensure that their child is booked on to the sessions and paid for before they attend the sessions (speak to a team member if you wish to discuss this further).

As a community language and sports school, we expect good attendance to sessions to help ensure that children are getting the full benefit of the service we provide.

Parents/carers must inform the project manager at least 24 hours before the session if the child is not attending sign school that week.

Please do not share or post any photos of the group on any social media.

Please ensure that you inform a team member of any changes in medical conditions/allergies/preferences or emergency contacts as soon as possible
